SIZE:
One panel consists of two parts - inner and outer slabs. When installed, it has a 94 ½ x 23 ⅝ inches dimension. The flexible panel design allows you to frame columns, countertops, kitchen islands, or other interior elements without much effort.
- Panel A (inner slab) measures 11 x 94 ½ inches. Panel A is designed to mate discreetly with Panel B and has a small amount of felt on one side to mate with similar panels.
- Part B (outer slab) measures 12 ⅗ x 94 ½ inches. The edge of this Panel B was designed to form a smooth, neat end to the installed structure.
The wood slats are 1 x 94 ½ inches and spaced ½ inches apart.
THICKNESS:
The felt, where the slats are installed, is ⅓ inches thick. The total thickness of the Acoustic Wood Panel is 6/7 inches.
WEIGHT:
Each Acoustic Wood Panel weighs approximately 27 pounds.
Acoustic Wood Panel is a soundproofing panel made of sustainable wood and recycled plastic. They’re made in a Scandinavian design and fit into any interior. They can be easily installed on walls or ceilings.
The actual color of the wood in real life may be different from what you can see on your screen because various types of devices reproduce the color of wood differently. We suggest requesting a box of samples to check how it will look in your interior.
The standard size of our panels is 94 ½ x 23 ⅝ inches.
Sound reduction is based on various factors. Based on our experience - a minimum of 25% coverage of the room with our Acoustic panels should be enough to notice the difference.
Once a month, wiping with a damp cloth or a dust broom will be enough. To make this process easier, you can cover the panels with varnish or stain.
Our installation instructions offer three easy options for installing the panels:
- Using Adhesives: Liquid nails or similar PL construction mastic will firmly fix your panels on a wall. Ideal for plasterboards, plywood, drywall, or concrete walls. For ceiling - we recommend to fix panels with screws additionally.
- Mount with screws: To fix firmly Acoustic Wood Panels, use black screws or nails (from 12 to 15 per panel). Applicable to walls and ceilings.
- Maximum sound reduction: Using wooden slats and insulation between the wall and Wooden Panel will make your room close to the audio recording studio. We recommend fixing panels with screws for this method, too.
The third method provides optimal sound insulation.
There’s no need to finish the panels - they are ready to install immediately. However, if you wish, you can apply a stain to the veneer surface. This will make it much easier to wipe dust from the panels.
NOTE: We recommend testing any finish on a sample to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the results.
To cut the panels, you can use a craft knife for lengthwise cuts or a hand/circular saw for crosswise cuts. Painting the slats is unnecessary as they’re made of MDF and have a painted finish throughout.
See our installation guide for more details.
The panels can be cut using a table saw or a skill saw when cutting across the slats. If cutting longways between slats, you may use a razor-knife to cut the PET only.
For concrete or brick walls, use suitable concrete screws or anchors. Always pre-drill holes, if necessary, to prevent cracking or damaging the walls.
For plasterboard or plywood, regular wood screws or drywall screws are suitable. Make sure to choose screws that are appropriate for the thickness of the material.
Absolutely! The panels are very flexible, which even makes it easy to bend them around both internal and external corners.
Absolutely any surface and at any angle. The main thing is that the surface should be free of dirt and unnecessary objects and dry.

While Acoustic Wood Panels primarily serve as decorative elements, direct hanging is not recommended. HOWEVER, you can achieve this aesthetically in three ways:
- 1. Cut the Acoustic Wood Panel and install it around the TV or shelf. In this case, the wall behind will be visible.
- 2. Cut strips from the felt lining and attach the desired item to the felt, screwing it to the wall with screws.
- 3. Drive a small nail into the slat and hang a lightweight item (such as a picture).
For comprehensive instructions, consult our detailed Acoustic Wood Panel Installation Guide.
Cut the Acoustic Wood Panel and install it around the outlet or switch. In this case, the wall behind will be visible.
Regrettably, no. The felt lining, being a fibrous porous material, is prone to water retention and can foster mold growth. Hence, it's not advisable to employ Acoustic Wood Panels in outdoor settings or damp environments.
However, they are well-suited for installation in spaces like hallways, living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and more.
It's straightforward! Use our calculator on the product page of our website.
Alternatively, calculate manually using the formula:
- 1. Determine the surface area in square feet (multiply the length by the height of the space to be covered).
- 2. Divide the area by 15.5 square feet.
- 3. Obtain the necessary number of panels.
However, we recommend considering ordering one or two additional panels, just in case something goes wrong.

Recycled plastic fiber for acoustic comfort
The felt
Our panels are constructed with a specialized material derived from recycled plastic bottles, employing advanced technology to achieve optimal sound absorption and minimize sound vibrations.
This is our contribution to preserving the environment
Eco-friendly MDF
The slats
The material between felt and natural veneer is MDF, available in two colors: Black and Natural (Light Brown). The slats on the panels help to disperse sound by breaking up waves and reducing echo noise.
