Return and Exchange Policy

How do I return?

  • To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original, unworn, or unused condition, complete with tags and packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary. Before returning, we ask for images of the undamaged original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, reach out to us at hello@woodsonpanels.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide instructions for shipping your package. Please note returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What can be returned? 

  • Items within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Items in unused condition
  • Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact

What can't be returned? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that were in use
  • Samples
  • Items that were trimmed in any direction
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

I received a damaged item!

Inspect your order upon reception, and if you notice any damage, please note this and, if possible, take a photo of the damage.

Contact us immediately through the site so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible for you.

What are the refund options?

We only support refunds using the original payment method.

How do I ship back the items?

We will send you the instructions on shipping the returned products in an email as a reply to your return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
